Step 1: Book Your Appointment

Ready to start your Kente gown adventure? Head over to our website, our Instagram or send us a message on Whatsapp to book your appointment today. Choose from convenient options such as online consultations, in-studio visits, or in-house appointments at your preferred location.

Step 2: Design Consultation

If you’ve already purchased your Kente fabric, we’ll dive straight into discussing your design preferences. Our team will ask you questions about your personality and the setting of your event to create a custom design that resonates with you.

Step 3: Fabric Selection (Optional)

Haven’t purchased your fabric yet? No problem! We’ll showcase a range of options from reputable Kente fabric vendors for you to choose from. We will assist you in picking out colors, shades and patterns for your kente fabric

Step 4: Measurement Time

For in-person consultations, we’ll take your measurements immediately after the design consultation. If it’s an online appointment, we’ll schedule an online measurement session for you. On the day of the online measurement, you would need a tape measure(inches) and a second person to assist you. We will direct the second person to take the measurement while we record them here.

Step 5: Secure Your Order

After finalizing the design and measurements, we’ll send you an invoice via email. A 70% deposit is required to secure your order and set the ball rolling.

Step 6: Order Confirmation and Scheduling

Once payment is received, your order is officially recorded and scheduled for completion.

Step 7: Fitting Sessions

For clients available for fittings, we’ll schedule sessions 5 weeks and 3 weeks before the expected completion date to ensure a perfect fit.

Step 8: Delivery Options

On completion of your gown, we offer flexible delivery options to suit your preferences. Choose between international courier services, family pick-up, or opt for our dress-up service on the day of your event.
